The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious.
The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River.
However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it.
Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.

The Kinugawa Hotel should have a history. The guest rooms are the same as those of ordinary old-style hot spring hotels. The furniture and facilities are old, but the rooms are clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very delicious and rich, worthy of praise.

The onsen is very nice and relaxing and the food was superb. However, the rooms we stayed at had a stinky fish smell that is hard to stand. This may be due to the age of the hotel since it had quite a history.
