The transportation is quite convenient. There is a shuttle bus but it is not far from the station. The dinner and breakfast taste good and the portions are enough. The view from the room is also good, but there is no bathroom or shower in the room. Everything needs to go to the big bath. Some staff can communicate in English

The location is excellent, just one minute to reach the Shinto Bridge. The night tour and photography are wonderful. The meals were very good, with Nikko's specialty, yuba, and one of the tempura dishes at dinner was comparable to that of a 5-star chef. If you like to enjoy Japanese customs, it is very suitable for you because there is no bathroom in the room, but this is exactly the bath culture that Japanese people like. The sad part was that I ordered a western breakfast but it was not available, but the Japanese breakfast was delicious.

The hotel staff is warm and polite 👍🏻
The hot springs are hot and comfortable and clean. The open-air pool allows you to enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains.
But it is a bit cramped for four adults to live in a quadruple room
The breakfast is rich and tastes good👍🏻

Good hotel with excellent service. Conveniently located, 15-20 min walk from the station and attractions. There is an onsen. Stayed in a Japanese-style room. Very atmospheric. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Hotel was just 2 mins from shinkyo bridge and 5mins from famous temples and shrine. Free parking was also provided if you drive. Overall great stay!
