Fabulous customer service from the owner Yoshi-san. He is like a super concierge who will provide personalised sightseeing advice and bookings. He connected with me on what’s app to answer any questions during the stay, including restaurant bookings, travel advice etc. He even went personally to book a restaurant for me as they were not picking up the phone! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with multiple sinks, bathrooms and WCs. Fluffy pillows and cushions. Lots of small touches like free fresh fruits in the kitchen, little amenities etc. it’s a stones throw from the Tobu Nikko station. You also get a free portrait photo done in his studio. Highly recommended.
