A standard Japanese hot spring hotel

I've used Ctrip for years, both domestically and internationally, and have never given a negative review. I strongly recommend that Ctrip remove this hotel from their listings. 1. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. They refused to speak Chinese, even though they could speak English, and forced us to speak in Japanese. They didn't accept WeChat or Alipay, and couldn't use their own credit card machine, resulting in two charges. I still have two charges on my credit card. Even after Ctrip intervened, they refused to cancel one charge. 2. Exorbitant charges: We had two children, but they slept on tatami mats. Without an extra bed and prior communication, they forced us to pay for an extra adult and child at checkout. They also forced us to combine breakfast and dinner, and refused to reduce our meals when we asked for a smaller portion. 3. This location isn't very convenient for other destinations. I recommend staying in downtown Nikko. 4. Thank you Ctrip for your help in communication, but please remove this unscrupulous and unethical business.

I went to Nikko for a trip and stayed at the Kinugawa Onsen Hotel the night before. It included one dinner and one breakfast, and there was also a natural hot spring ♨️ to use. I took a bus from Kinugawa Onsen Station for 300 yen directly to the main entrance of the hotel. The front desk service was warm, and the dinner and breakfast were also very rich!

The location is not close to the station, but the price is relatively cheap, the hot spring facilities are very good, and the food and beverages are even better. At this price, it is definitely worth it

The name of the hotel is Huaqianxiang, and you need to search for this name on Google Maps. We booked two different suites, both with balconies (equipment platforms), and the river views are good. The hotel breakfast and dinner are great! In addition, remember to make an appointment with the front desk for the shuttle bus after check-out when checking in, otherwise you will face no car to take when you check out. It is an old hot spring hotel. The waiters are polite as a whole. Due to the late check-in, we informed that the dinner was cancelled, but later called the room to say that dinner was prepared and asked to go to the restaurant as soon as possible. Although the restaurant staff urged us to eat, they had a good attitude and kept saying sorry. In fact, this matter was due to our earlier mistakes, so we can't blame the hotel entirely. People also have work off-get off work time, so we also end the dinner at the scheduled time haha. Thank you for the restaurant's service. Overall, it is a recommended hotel to stay in. The area of ​​the ordinary room is not small, and the food and river view are added points. Tips: In short, you have to take advantage of the daytime to go to Kinu River. There are no taxis if it's late.
