I stayed here for two nights from 2025.02.16. I went by train, but they came to pick me up at the nearest Kawaji Yumoto Station. They also dropped me off at the same time as the train departed. The welcome drink (9:00-17:00) was delicious, and I could enjoy the beautiful view of the Oga River from the sofa in the lobby while drinking it. There are large baths on the 11th and 12th floors, and an open-air bath on the 5th floor, which was almost reserved at the time. There are lukewarm and slightly hot baths, so I think it's good to start with the lukewarm one, and there seem to be other private baths as well. Breakfast and dinner were buffets with all-you-can-drink alcohol, and at this time I had a yellowtail sashimi boat platter and a sushi fair, which were delicious. However, the front desk's service was poor, especially the language was too bad, and I wish they would properly educate older men about what the service industry is. Next month I'll be staying at the nearby Livemac... This will be my first time staying there, so I'd like to compare it.

Because it is a large hotel chain, the facilities and equipment are substantial. The view from the public bath on the top floor was good. However, since the temperature of the open-air bath is quite hot, is there a small number of users? Estimated 46 to 48 degrees Celsius? The room was very smelly as we were given a smoking room! Other rooms (all rooms)? Even if I sprinkled a lot of the provided deodorant, it didn't work👎　The wallpaper in the toilet was very dirty and it smelled like it was set up, so it was no.

Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, there are many unthinkable incidents at the buffet venue during breakfast and dinner. The poor quality of the customers is noticeable. Cutting in line is commonplace. Also, few people give way when passing each other in narrow spaces. The worst was at breakfast. In this hotel, the procedure is to place the meal card given to you at the reception on the table where you will be eating. When I put the meal card on the table and returned after picking up salad and vegetables, a man I don't know at all was sitting at the table and about to start eating! There were two meal cards on the table, so it was obvious that he was cutting in line. Then the man began to argue in a condescending manner, "This is the seat I took because I placed my card first, so I have the right," and pushed his card back at me. However, it is absolutely impossible for that man to put his meal card on the table before me. This is because I entered the breakfast venue first when it opened and placed my meal card on the table. In other words, he cannot put it on before me. I could have explained that I was the first to enter, and ultimately asked if I would check the security camera footage in the venue, but it was too much trouble, so I moved to another seat without understanding what he meant. When reserving a table at a buffet, it is a good idea to leave not only your meal card but also your bag, clothes, and other items other than valuables. The hotel is great, but the dining area was full of people cutting in line and the quality of the customers was the worst.

It was the first time I've ever had such a dry crab. Also, it took a long time to check in. There were relatively few staff members.
