Compared with the hotels I stayed at before, no one helped with luggage, and there was no moisturizing lotion in the room. You can drink the tap water directly, but the hot water bottle is too big to reach in. There was no ice water prepared in the room. Maybe it was because I was more satisfied with the previous stay and the equipment was more complete, but it seemed a little shabby here. The food was okay. Some of the waiters can also speak Chinese. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs to choose from
