I have been to Japan many times, and this is the first time I discovered that there are such unclean indoor spaces. I was shocked when I opened the refrigerator and didn't dare to use it. After stepping on the tatami floor, look at your socks. They are all specks of dust. Not to mention the fake hot spring, the edges of the walls are covered with moss. This place refreshed my understanding of Japan.
There is no Wi-Fi, it means the Wi-Fi in the store is broken haha
Even if you don’t use the hot spring, you have to pay the hot spring fee. I explained that it was only for one night, but the landlord still insisted on charging for 2 nights. It’s only a few dozen dollars anyway, so I’m too lazy to fight. This behavior is disgusting.
Slippers are very slippery, so you have to worry about falling when going up and down stairs.
This is my first review and I will never come here again.
Ctrip's service is very good. They kept in touch and helped me coordinate.

Great location, opposite the bus stop. View from the window to the lake. The room is spacious, well-equipped, but a bit shabby. There is an onsen, the Japanese-style breakfasts are great. Thanks for the gift upon check-out!
The hotel doors are locked at 10:00 PM, but there is nothing to do in the village at this time - all the cafes close until 8 PM.

We stayed here 20 years ago and loved it but it has unfortunately fallen into disrepair. There was no air conditioning in our room in the depth of summer, the carpets are dirty and worn, the food was barely passable and the onsen was disgusting.

Cleaning is not done properly. However, although the facility is old, the rooms were clean. Considering the price, is that facility worth it? The staff's response was good. I can't say it was first class customer service, but it was pleasant customer service. For someone like us who travels many times a year on a low budget, it was the best value for money.
