The room was very nice. We booked a lake view room. The temperature outside was more than 10 degrees below zero, but the room was warm as spring because the room had a heater, which was much better than air conditioning. We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner. Compared with the hot springs, it was not very good, but it was already two of the better meals in Nikko. I feel that after so many visits to Japan, Nikko is a place where there are not many delicious things.

You can overlook Lake Chuzenji from the hotel room, the view is great! The heating system is very powerful. It was a bit cold on the mountain in late November.
