Hotel well located in Nice, perfect comfort. Only one thing to deplore, the soundproofing of the rooms. Plan accordingly, watch the TV at minimum volume, and whisper as a couple otherwise the neighbors in the rooms will knock on the wall, a normal reaction when you hear everything at the neighbors' house.

This hotel lives up to its high standards and is very well located right next to the city center and close to the train station. The staff is pleasant, and the hotel is relatively quiet and well-appointed. A good place to stay to enjoy Nice and its surroundings on a reasonable budget.

It was a nice hotel attendant and spacious room with great cleaning service. It also located within a minute from a tram station so it was very convenient. Very nice budget hotel … highly recommended

For goodness sake they only have the location For the rest dilapidated B&B Very dirty Abandoned rooms Never again Absolutely unreasonable prices Stay away from them! I do not recommend it at all I know very well that the hotels on the French Riviera are of terrible quality but at least I expected a room that was at least clean. The toilet was dirty with pee and it is unacceptable. I am still waiting for the refund
