The service provided by the few young men at the front desk of the hotel is quite good. The hotel is actually a bit old, and the facilities and hygiene are quite satisfactory. The location is relatively close to the residential area of Nice, but it is still a bit far from the old town, the beach, and the commercial area, which is a bit disappointing. The security nearby at night does not seem to be very good. There is a small park next to it. One night when I came back to the hotel, there were many strange people gathered in the park...

The room was clean and tidy. There was a road under construction nearby, so it was quite a distance to walk from the hotel to the old town.

I moved to this hotel temporarily. The location is good, but the hotel facilities are relatively old. I contacted the hotel in advance and they made a sofa bed for me in advance.

Location wasn’t in the heart of the city centre. Had to take a tram to promenade des anglais area. But tram was located just 2 mins walk from the hotel so that’s okay. Room was generally clean but the carpets seemed a little dirty. Great thing was the staff were all really friendly and helpful, and could speak English well!

The hotel is very rigid. If you arrive early, you will not be allowed to check in early. Even if there is a room available, you will have to wait for me, or you will have to pay more.
