At 12:30 in the middle of the night, a man and two women inexplicably swiped their cards to open the door! Fortunately, we had a chain hanging on it. Booking through Trip.com was perfect and straightforward! The hotel met our expectations except for two criteria: The rooftop terrace with pool was one of our selection criteria. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we learned that the rooftop terrace would be closed for the duration of our stay, which was very disappointing! Furthermore, we had no way to watch German television; German channels were available, but without picture or sound! When we inquired, we were told that the technicians were working on it.

The location is good. The bed sheets and pillows were not clean enough, there were hairs on them. The water in the shower was changing rapidly, sometimes cold and sometimes hot.
