This hotel is located almost right in front of Nice Ville Station. The exterior of the building is old-fashioned, but the interior is well-remodeled and clean. The staff was also friendly and nice.

Because I booked it last minute, I wanted to stay there. The bathroom facilities were terrible. I couldn't take a shower. There was no water, so I had to buy it from a vending machine. But the bathroom is terrible, the facilities are very poor, very small, the toiletries are also very poor, the shower room is small, the shower head cannot be adjusted, and you have to hold it with one hand. The sewage pipe of the toilet is an open pipe, which looks very uncomfortable.
The location is close to the train station, and it takes a few minutes to walk here with the luggage. There is a Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, McDonald's around the corner, and a large supermarket near the train station.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town, or you can take the light rail L1, which is about two or three stops.
