Great design and friendly service. The rooms are groovy and quiet with cool bathrooms and comfortable beds and sheets. Breakfast spread is delicious with hot chocolate, gourmet tea and tasty croissants. Will definitely return next time I’m in Nice. Location is also great.

I had a wonderful night's stay at Mama Shelter Nice! The room was comfortable, quiet, and impeccably clean. The service and ambiance were top-notch, complemented by a super fun restaurant/bar. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the rooftop pool due to the weather, but I heard it's fantastic!
For those arriving by train, the nearest station, Nice Riquier, is a bit shady and not the the safest. However, this shouldn't be a concern for guests arriving by taxi or other means. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to staying at more of their hotels around the world!

They have no toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and the like. Just one bar of soap.
There’s no coffee machine or even just a kettle in the room. We got one bottle of water for two people.
And a gym is missing. It feels a little substandard for a 4 star hotel.

We had booked a long time ago and were given a seat that was not at all comfortable with the wooden table legs between our legs... (I think it was a table for 2 that was turned into 4). In addition, we were literally forced to go to the bar at 9:30 p.m. by arriving with the credit card remote control even though there were plenty of free seats. Other people arrived before us and stayed much later, I don't understand... do you have to pay extra to stay in your seat?? Their panisses were all soft, not worthy of being from Nice.
