Overall, there are no major faults with the apartment, but there were a number of things that lower the rating from us. Among other things there was hair left in the drawers in the bathroom and the apartment didn't feel really clean. Another thing to know

Eine schöne Wohnung, welche mit allem nötigen ausgestattet ist. Die Tramlinie in das Stadtzentrum ist in unmittelbarer Gehdistanz.

The garage is certainly not very wide (enough for a C4) but is a major asset for people arriving by car. We left the car during the stay because the tram 170 m from the rental is super practical for visiting the city (10 min max for the city center). Apar

At 200 meters from the tram stop with good connection to the center. Bakery and supermarket nearby. Spacious apartment with good air conditioning, modern bathroom, bedroom with good bed and cozy living room. Garage under the building, difficult entrance.

Beautiful accommodation, excellent apartment facilities, cleanliness at a high level, just beware of the smaller size of the garage. It is really for smaller cars. Very good location, short walk to tram, short walk to train station. I highly recommend!
