Nice hotel in a fabulous location on Queen Street, making it an easy walk to everything in the old town. The hotel public areas are well maintained, clean and the hotel staff were polite and friendly. We found the accommodation to be dated . Poor lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom. The mattress was great, so we slept well. The bathroom was clean but really in need of a renovation. Given this is a high end hotel, the fixtures are old and looking very dated. The breakfast dining area is bright and cheerful with lovely views overlooking the main street. Good onsite parking, entrance to the hotel from the parking area is accessed by a half flight of stairs, handrails are sturdy. The front door is ground level walk in.
