Amazing B and B. Hosts Johnny and Joyce could not do enough for you. The breakfast cooked by Ping was superb. It’s in a great area and on the main bus route which was a bonus although you could walk into the falls. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in area

We can’t say enough good things about this B&B. Joyce was so welcoming and hospitable. It’s immaculately clean, and Ping’s breakfasts are amazing. Location is about a 30minute walk to the falls or a 5min Uber journey. Also Tea, coffee, soda, water available all day. Would 100% stay here again if we come back to Niagra Falls. Huge thank you to both Joyce and Ping for making our Niagra Falls trip even more special 😊.

Very lovely 150 year old Victorian home, nicely decorated. Hosts were wonderful and breakfast was great.

Great location close to the falls. Comfy, large rooms with king beds. We stayed in Windsor and Balmoral. Made to order breakfast. Omelettes and eggs benny. Yum. Coffee, tea, water, yogurt, pop always available. Hosts John and Joyce are really lovely people. Will definitely return soon.

Host Joyce was excellent. She gave good recommendations for things to do in the area and was very concerned that all our needs were met. Breakfast was very delicious and the property was beautiful and well kept!

Joyce was a wonderful host and made our trip memorable. The breakfast was high end restaurant quality. This was the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at and we will highly recommend!
