We had a wonderful experience at the Americana Resort in Niagara. Our check-in process was seamless, thanks to Alex, a knowledgeable and outstanding staff member. It was our first time staying here, and he made sure we knew all the essential details, such as the breakfast location and timings, and the waterpark’s opening hours. Although some waterpark rides were closed (which we expected from reading reviews before booking), Alex kindly offered us a waterpark voucher as compensation, which I really appreciated. My children loved the waterpark and are eager to return. While our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, Alex reached out to inform us when it was, showing great customer service. He is definitely an asset to this hotel. Fortunately, all the staff we encountered were warm and friendly. We even got lost looking for the waterpark, but the staff guided us and pointed out where to find towels, the toilet, and the changing area. For lunch, I bought pizza from Boston Pizza, and it was great that we could bring it into the waterpark. Our room was spacious and spotless, and my kids especially loved their mini space with a bunk bed and TV. The addition of free Netflix was a nice touch. There’s ample parking, although there is a $25 per night fee. The arcade was fun, though it could benefit from some improvements to the machines and games. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to returning in the future!
