It was reasonable for the price. The other facilities were also ordinary. There was a $10 parking spot right across the street, so I parked there. ~♤■□●○•

I am giving this review a 2 instead of a 0 because I understand the reason our reservation was canceled. However the cancelation was handly very poorly! We made this booking a month ahead to ensure our trip was fully booked. A week and 1/2 from the check-in date I received an email and voicemail that our reservation was canceled. It was canceled due to the hotel housing wildfires refugees, which I understand and respect. The problem is our reservation was canceled with no additional support or information other than wait for the refund. We were not rebooked at another location, we were not offered additional hotel suggestions, we were not offered future or additional credits. Nothing but your reservation is canceled and good luck!

Very Disappointed with this hotel, I am a loyalty customer to the Wyndham hotel and booked this room three months before. Then I got two phone calls moving me from hotel to hotel because they are full. They could not accommodate me to another hotel with the same package. After speaking to the manager all I got was sorry there’s nothing else I can do for you. Terrible customer service.

I made my reservation at this hotel months in advance. Wyndham gave my room away without notifying me or my third party booking company. The front desk then offered no assistance and told me to work with my third party booking company. Horrible customer service.

We found the staff to be most pleasent very helpful. The room was spacious and most adequate for our needs. The location is excellent and within walking distance to all areas we wanted to visit (esp the fireworks) as well as to resturants. Very clean and well kept rooms.

The hotel seemed super well located, super clean and I have to say that the maids are excellent and very honest (they gave us back a watch that we had forgotten), in general it was a good experience - after the check-in - the check-in was horrible, the person who was at the reception (not the boy, but the lady), was in a bad mood, warned me that they would not accept my ID, and they also charged me for things that I did not ask for, like a discount coupon book, which I understand is part of the hotel's policies but I did NOT ASK FOR THAT! I did not even use it. Parking was included in my reservation, and they also charged me $25 for that, and to this day they still have not returned the $200 deposit they requested.
