The hotel is close to the Great Falls and has beautiful scenery. The high-rise view rooms can see the Canadian Falls. It takes about 1.5 kilometers to get to the Great Falls. The facilities are complete and comfortable. The parking fee is $50/day, which is very expensive. If you have money, you can stay in a high-rise view room. For ordinary people, it is better to choose a hotel near the observation tower; the parking fee in the Great Falls scenic area is $10/day, and you cannot stay overnight. It is more convenient and affordable for those who drive to live farther away.

Location is super good, theres free coffee and tea at lobby. level 14 is observation deck to oversee fireworks super convenient. highly recommend.

The lobby looks great, the elevators look modern from the outside and inside the actual elevator, but once you get onto the main floors the carpets are dated the hallways are dated it looks like all the money has been spent in the lobby and anything people can see from the outside. I would recommend spending money on refurbish the inside. The observation deck is nice but the windows need cleaning.

Great service. They upgraded our room because it was our anniversary trip. The view was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. We were able to watch the sunrise too.

It is a basic hotel which is a 20-minute uphill walk from the falls and clifton hill. When you came late at night, and you feel very tired, the uber ride will alrrady cost you $20 from falls to the hotel. We booked a Fallsview room and they said they upgraded us to a suite but I don’t know whether it’s really an upgrade because the room looks the same.
