Although the breakfast room on the 13th floor can also see the waterfalls of the two countries, the high floors are indeed better; the breakfast is quite rich, the staff is friendly, but occasionally you need to wait for your seat; the room facilities and equipment are a little old, which cannot be compared with the same level hotels in China, but there is a small French window that can be opened, and you can ventilate and watch the waterfall at any time, which is indeed incomparable to the hotel next door; the fireworks at 10 o'clock every night in summer are even better You can see the panoramic view without leaving your home; Disadvantages: The hotel is within 5 minutes of the waterfall. The hotel is extremely lively, noisy, and crowded. You need to wait for multiple elevators to go up and down during peak hours. You need to queue up at the front desk to check in, and the efficiency is not high. The quality of the staff is average. When I extended my stay, I asked which room type I would like to extend, because the Ctrip APP did not show the room type I booked for the first time, but I wanted to extend the original room, so I asked the front desk. However, after the extension, they said that the room floor was different and I had to pay extra (later Ctrip successfully solved the problem, but I still had to bear the unpleasantness of the process); The most important thing to note is: the maintenance worker said that the hotel bathroom is not waterproof, and the water leaking upstairs will definitely drip on your head!
