The location was perfect. However, when I checked in, they asked me to pay extra if there was a better room. The room I booked had a half-and-half view, so they showed me a room with a full view. My group decided that we would never come here again, so we ended up paying extra and booking a better room, and ended up staying in a good room. The waterfall was very visible, and the sunrise was really beautiful.

We booked a waterfall view room. The floor we checked in on was the 29th floor, which was a good view. We checked in according to the normal process. We did not use the room service during the period, so we cannot give an evaluation of the service. The room was very large, but the following points were not enough: 1. The room did not provide disposable slippers; 2. The bathroom did not have disposable toiletries (toothpaste and toothbrush), so you need to bring your own (shampoo and shower gel were available); 3. If you need hot water, you may be disappointed, as the room does not even have a kettle. In short, the hotel was booked because of the waterfall view. Traveling in late November is not cheap, but even these basic facilities cannot be provided. If you only want to see the waterfall view and have no requirements for service, you can book it. If you want to enjoy supporting services and facilities, it is not recommended to book this hotel; there are not many people in the scenic area, and we went to see the waterfall at 4 pm after checking in. About parking: After driving to the hotel entrance, there will be some staff in blue clothes who can help you park your car. The fee for valet parking in the hotel parking lot is 100 Canadian dollars, the fee for self-parking in the hotel parking lot is 70 Canadian dollars, and the fee for self-parking in the hotel outside the hotel is 35 Canadian dollars (we parked after checking in, and the staff at the door will give you a piece of paper as a guide to park outside. After parking, there will be a shuttle bus to take you back to the hotel)

The hotel service is very good and the environment is good. Breakfast is included but the breakfast style is limited.
