The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Stiamo alloggiando proprio adesso in questo hotel,prenotato ieri dopo essere scappati dall altro pessimo hotel in cui eravamo(ed era in 5 stelle) Devo dire onestamente uno degli hotel migliori in cui ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Vietnam. L albergo deve essere nuovo,camera moderna,pulita,spaziosa e con un bel balconcino che affaccia sulla città(ci sono anche camere vista mare). Piscina al 21esimo piano,due ascensori e non è da sottovalutare quando un hotel è pieno. Personale molto gentile,sempre sorridente e giovane come in tutto il Vietnam. Servizio di cambio euro e dollari in dollari vietnamiti (il miglior tasso trovato in 15 giorni) Avevo sbagliato e fatto due prenotazioni e loro si sono preoccupati di sistemare le cose con agoda e Booking senza il minimo problema. La città è molto bella e grazie a loro il nostro soggiorno non è stato rovinato,anzi,come sarebbe successo se fossimo rimasti nell altro albergo. Posizione magnifica,in pieno centro ma in via silenziosa anche con finestra aperta,servizio di noleggio motorino proprio davanti. Unica nota negativa la Colazione non proprio negli standard europei(mancano i dolci). Tornerei comunque senza pensarci un attimo. Come sempre il personale sa far la differenza è questi ragazzi ci hanno fatto stare benissimo consigliandoci e prenotando per noi quello che chiedevamo. Hotel ben al di sopra degli standard visti senza contare L ottimo prezzo. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff,avete confermato La magnifica ospitalità vietnamita. This hotel is amazing value. Located up an alleyway near to the beach shopping malls restaurants & cafes. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds & quality linens & towels. There is good WiFi throughout the hotel. Breakfast was buffet style with an egg station. Staff were very professional & booked a bus ride for us. Highly recommended.

Without a dout that this is one of the best hotel that i stayed at during my times in Vietnam. The staffs there welcom our group with great hospitality and a warth smile. The room is clean and the asmostphere of the hotel really gave me the scent of home and comfort. Each time we returned back to our room from a long day of exploring Nha Trang, the room will gave us everything we need to relief our pain and discomforts.

Room design is good, space is not small, floor-to-ceiling windows have good visibility, there is a swimming pool on the top floor, this house lives a lot of Russians, the hotel location is not directly next to the sea, about 5 minutes walk to the beach, others are good, a lot of food next to For shopping, lotte mart next to the shopping mall is also very convenient. The front desk attitude is very good. Although Nguyen Anh Tuan does not speak Chinese, he has been enthusiastic about introducing food and play in English.

I want to share the impressions of the hotel. One of the sites promised a new hotel in 2017. Building. Vraki. The hotel simply changed the name. In it made cosmetic repairs, apparently changed the owners and the old name. From the central street and the sea, respectively, it is near, literally 10 steps. Nearby there are many cheap restaurants.Also good. We were brought from the plane early, the girl at the recipe asked $15 to give the key immediately, not wait 12 hours. We agreed for $10/ Key gave to the room on the 9th floor with one bed. We went down and changed to the room with two beds. (What, for nothing, is the ”bribe” shaken? ! ) The bonus turned out that there is a balcony in the room on the 5th floor! Yes, there are two chairs! Next. The TV is flat, on the wall.There is a Russian 1st channel(who is interested), there are a couple of children's channels, there are no music at all. All channels (except Russian) in Vietnamese.Conditioner and still fan on the ceiling. The room has a fan, a teapot, teapot cup. No tea-coffee packages, the refrigerator is empty. Beds are large, half-six. Towels changed every day, sheets never. Under the beds dust probably from the hotel's removal into operation. Walls are spotted and even ceiling, but no one washs. Walls are cardboard, hearing is chic. The same ”carton” doors are very hard knocking and banging when closing.Over the door is made glass for something. In the corridor green is burning the inscription of the exit, but from it light in the room at night. There are no shower hats, there are no sewing equipment either. Rosetta. Rosetta is only between beds. Status is bad. I took(reading reviews) my extension for 3 nests.In local rosettes a valve of the phone rope was very heated. Wai fai is good, password changes once a week. Breakfasts. Eggs are not every day. Exhibit rice with vegetables, potatoes with chicken chewed with a pot, there is some liquid (rice probably) soup, sublimated noodles, once was pasta.To them sausages and ham. Coffee tea. To them: sugar, cough, orange and strawberry

Very nice hotel, although it is small, it has everything and it is very close to the beach from the Pearl Island cable car. It can be reached in ten minutes on foot, and it is very quiet. Need a taxi from the city, grab is very convenient
