My favorite hotel is TTC Hotel. Every time I travel in Nha Trang, my family and I stay at this hotel. The space here is designed in harmony with nature. There are single-bed rooms and two-bed rooms. We would usually stay in a twin room. Each room type will have different unique designs. The hotel has very good customer service. When there is a problem we only need to use the landline phone to contact the staff. The feeling of bathing while looking at the peaceful space is very wonderful. I really like this hotel. If I come back to Nha Trang I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2nights and any one looking to stay in the city next to the beach and to all the hotspots around Nha Trang city highly recommended this hotel. We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

Awful experience - avoid at all costs. If you stay between floors 32-50 expect to endure loud jackhammer construction every day from 7am to 9:30pm, sometimes 10pm. We were told it would last two days, but it’s been six weeks (and it started before we arrived). They strategically show you the room during construction lunch hours so it seems quiet when you sign the contract. The construction on floors 41 and 42 is deafening. From our apartment on level 38, the noise is so loud we can’t even have a conversation from one meter away. I cannot work on my laptop here. We hoped for a break from the noise on Christmas Day, but when we asked them not to drill on Christmas Day, their response was incredibly rude. Considering the number of foreigners living here, we found this especially disrespectful. We had to pay 2 months of rent upfront. It’s only foreigners that live in here, majority would celebrate Christmas. We consider ourselves polite and patient people, but every interaction we’ve had with the building manager has been exceptionally rude! I have videos of how loud level 38 apartment is, if people want uploads.

It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. I have great memories at Ariyana SmartCondotel with my group of friends. We spent all our time getting around the city on the free bicycles provided by the hotel. We were able to go around the city on our own to enjoy the local food. Moreover, the staffs were very nice to us, they helped us take pictures and directed us to some special cafes in Nha Trang.
