I really want to give a review score of 5, but I give it 5 because of the Vietnamese employees who work hard. I felt like the Korean employees were high-ranking but avoided work. I was going to argue with them, but the Vietnamese employees came first to ask about our inconveniences even though they were busy, so I felt sorry and grateful.
I went down to ask something around 11 AM, but there was no Korean employee, so I asked if they could call them. The Vietnamese employee was talking inside the front desk and said that there were no Koreans, so he smiled coolly and answered with a translator.
A female employee who was a little short in the lobby seemed to have nothing to do, but she avoided eye contact and wandered around for no reason.
A male Korean employee at the front desk told me to wait about 15 minutes when checking out, but left me alone for over 30 minutes, so the Vietnamese employee who felt strange took care of it from the beginning.
I know that not everything is visible, but I felt many complaints in a short period of time, and the Vietnamese employees noticed it first and approached me every time.
I'm sure there are other Korean tourists who think like this. The local Vietnamese staff speak a certain language and are friendly, so I wonder if there is a need to have many Korean staff.
