The luggage was kept at the hotel's luggage center, and when I went out for a meal, it was stolen. The room change platform information during the stay was also inaccurate, wasting 3 hours. I booked a room with meals, but the front desk said it was not included. It was really rubbish. If you are willing to be on the edge and not afraid of being stolen, you can choose a hotel in this building...

La plus grande escroquerie de l’histoire de l’hôtellerie se déroule ici. Le luxe s’arrête avant même d’accéder à la réception. À la réception, une file de 100 personnes qui attendent leurs clef. Comptez une bonne heure avant que ce ne soit votre tour. Une fois l’appartement obtenu, nous découvrons que notre chambre, louée pour 3 personnes, ne compte qu’un lit double et on nous explique que nous devons dormir à 3 dans ce lit double. Les photos de la chambre sur l’annonce ne correspondent pas du tout à la chambre que vous allez obtenir. De plus, l’appartement est une vraie piscine à tel point que même les murs sont imbibés d’eau. Les draps de lit étaient sales et mouillés. Quand nous allons nous plaindre, ils nous disent envoyer quelqu’un que nous avons attendu plus d’une heure et demi (et cela même après 3 relances de notre part), on nous ramène un lit d’appoint cassé qui ne tient même pas droit et on nous demande d’annuler la réservation afin qu’ils n’aient pas a payer les taxes Booking. J’espère aussi que vous n’êtes pas pressés car les ascenseurs pour accéder à votre chambre ou descendre à la réception vous ferons perdre 10 minutes de votre temps à chaque trajet. L’accès à la piscine est payant. Une boîte de nuit situé en haut de l’immeuble vous empêchera de dormir jusqu’à 2 heures du matin si vous avez le malheur d’avoir une chambre dans les 15 derniers étages de l’hôtel.

Do not make a mistake to go to this hotel, bad service, dirty everywhere, full of cockroach, we book this hotel by booking, the pictures look very good but they don't show how dirty is the room, the location in Google maps shows different places of panorama, but actually is only one, apartment panorama, hotel panorama, Panorama nha trang, is all same in the same building, we arrive at night, the give us a room in 9 floor but actually we wanted a bit high, the guy who attended us says, "I'll change the room next morning, because now we don't have another room" okay 👍🏾, but the room that we had ita was full of cockroach, and smelling like humid, we ask the men on reception to change for us another room, he agrees that was so dirty, he changed us to the floor 36, but the room still had cockroach, and the only solution that they had was spray the room with cockroach killer, for a hotel 5 Star, it was actually like 1 star, we want our money back, the men was calling the manager, and the manager replied but he said he can give us back the 50% of what we paid, but we didn't even stay more than 10 min in the room, we couldn't even unpack our staff, because everything was dirty, the manager didn't even reply and didn't even come to solve the problem that we as a costumers have, if you ever go to nha Trang, I advise you to don't book this hotel, there's cheaper hotels, and more clean, Don't let advertising fool you
