The first time I stayed in a hotel, I got hurt:
1. There were sharp objects at the bottom of the hotel swimming pool. Five of us went into the water and three of us were stabbed. One of us had two toes deeply cut and bleeding (the photo was taken a few hours after the bleeding stopped and was shown to the service staff);
2. The bedside in the room was made of hard and sharp solid wood. I hit my instep and calf twice. I still feel pain when walking after returning to China;
3. I told the front desk staff about the swimming pool, but they just asked which pool it was and didn't say anything else;
4. The hotel staff didn't communicate well. When we checked in, they asked us if we wanted to check out at 5 am. We said we had never made such a request. As a result, they told us before checkout that we had to choose a packed breakfast in advance if we checked out at 5 am;

It was really nice that I could easily resolve my needs and complaints in real time via KakaoTalk. After checking in, I laid down on the bed and felt bad because there was a foreign substance on it, but they immediately changed the cover and quickly resolved my complaint, which was nice.
Everyone recommended the hamburger, so I ate it, but I personally liked the pizza better, and the smoothie and juice were also really delicious because they ground fresh fruit right away.
The private beach was too cloudy for snorkeling, so I couldn't see the water well. And the pool inside the resort didn't have enough sunbeds, so it was really uncomfortable because there was no place to rest after playing in the water.
It's close to the city, but there were almost no free pick-ups and drop-offs at nearby massage shops... We couldn't bring in outside food, but we ate craft beer and snacks at the bar inside the resort and were so full that we didn't even think about eating outside food.
Oh! And the breakfast... It wasn't as good as I thought.... I don't know if I was expecting too much, but I've had breakfasts in many countries and at many resorts, and it's average, neither more nor less... Banh Xeo is delicious👍🏻
