We loved how close the property was to the beach and the great range of amenities. The daily friendly pool service was a lovely touch, and the apartment was well-equipped for cooking, with towels provided. The villa was very spacious and felt safe, especially being right by the pool. We also appreciated the recycling of beach toys – such a thoughtful idea! The only downside was the beds: the adults’ bed was far too soft, while the kids’ bed was uncomfortably hard.

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig. Unten hat es die voll ausgestattete Küche sogar mit French Press. Hatte extra einen Kaffee Filter mitgebracht, was so nicht nötig war. Wir waren Selbstversorger und haben unser Frühstück und Abendessen dort selbst zubereitet. Dann hat es noch ein Wohnzimmer eingegliedert, welches auch eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit bietet. Ein Gäste WC ist ebenfalls unten. Oben dann ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit genügend Stauraum für jeden und ein Bad mit Dusche, ebenfalls genug Ablage - und Stauraum. Bus hält entweder am Alexandra Court ca. 400m oder Porth four turns ca. 500 m. Letztere hat mehr Möglichkeiten in diverse Richtungen. In Newquay gibt es einige Möglichkeiten, Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Waren meist im Aldi. Haltestelle bei MC D. Es hat eine schöne Gartenanlage vorm Apartment (die hinteren 5 Apartments). Der Pool ist angenehm warm und auch bei frischem Wetter so gut zu benutzen. Tücher gibts an der Rezeption. Personal sehr freundlich.

Very clean apartments. Comfortable and cosy. Quiet area. Pool is a bonus when the sun shines. But even if it rains the heating in the apartment is very good for drying off wet shoes and coats. Highly recommend breakfast in the hotel restaurant, great value and friendly staff.

Great all round
Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again.

We all absolutely loved this place perfectly situated for what we wanted and was very suprised at the size of villa 1 will definitely book again here.Staff were very helpful and the traditional breakfast was perfect and freshly cooked

Perfect holiday apartment
Exceptional property in perfect position. Condition/cleanliness etc was first class, cannot fault it. Apartment had all the facilities you would need, was very spacious, the perfect place to relax. Could not fault anything. Should we return to the area this will be the first place we will look at, would love to come again. No hesitation in recommending this property. Very happy holiday

Amazing apartments
Two bedroom apartment was amazing. With a fully functional kichen with everything you will need. Plenty of space with a three piece suite and a dining room table. Each area including the bedrooms has double patio doors leading out into a small private seating area.
There two toilet rooms, one with a shower and one with a bath.
One parking space is allocated to each apartment with more available on request.
There is also a small swimming pool directly outside the apartment, with a barrier round it to stop kids falling in.
Might be worth asking if they provide child gates for the stairs as the sleeping area is downstairs and the top of the stairs are just at the side of the front door as you go into the apartment.
The beach is 2 minutes walk and the town centre around 25 minutes which is a pleasant walk along the side of the beach.
I was working in the area but wouldn't think twice about staying here with my family.

perfect little home from home
Perfect base to work from in the conrwall area and in particular newquay. good wifi. lovely clean tidy and well appointed villa. great communications from the booking and liked so much have booked again next week. highly recommended
