A well-priced convenient stopover location prior to carching a Newquay plane. Very friendly check-in with John. Small but clean room with kettle and en suite. car park at rear. Building not attractive and access to room was up two flights of very narrow stairs (no lift). No breakfast before 8 am. Communal
Kitchan area and living room with fridge,ice and billiard table.

Another great stay here at the Glendeveor. Our room had great views down the street towards the sea. Everything we wanted was there and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had all we required with a hot breakfast. It's ideally situated just a short walk from the town centre.

I rarely write reviews but the Glendeveor deserved one. I dropped my mum here who is staying for a week & we had such a warm welcome, nothing would seem to be too much trouble. helped make sure she knew how the 24 hour access worked, showed us where breakfast would be & when the door is open then breakfast is ready & to just help yourself to anything. There is a kitchen/food prep area for guests to use which has an honesty fridge to store own food also has a microwave, kettle & plates etc all were very clean. there is a guest lounge with pool table & darts, can use this room to eat and socialize or just relax its not a bar but you can bring in your own drinks & own food and just keep the place clean and tidy, respect. so so friendly & very happy to receive guests and make everyone welcome. the room is perfect, very clean great views and is exactly what she was looking for. This really is an amazing place in the heart of Newquay close to shops, bars, beaches and everything else. Would definitely book to come back.

We had a great stay here for 2 nights over the Easter Weekend. The hotel`s location is good and just a short downhill walk to all the bars, restaurants and sea front. The hotel is a little dated and I should imagine in it`s day it would have been one of the better hotels in the area, however, they have a large bar area with a pool table but they have no bar. You can use this room and bring your own drinks so if you want that then it`s great. There is also a kitchen area with a fridge and kettle etc that you can use also. We didn`t use either but thought it was a good idea. Our room was only small but it was clean, the shower was okay. The best thing was the bed, it was really comfy. The breakfast was good with a few hot items, plenty of cereal and bread for toast/teas and coffees. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Parking was very convenient, and a common area is provided for storing and serving food (refrigerator, microwave, sink). Most of all, the room was spotless, the staff were fantastic and the breakfast excellent.

Good breakfast, clean room and quiet location. Very nice large lounge, well-equipped kitchen. Sufficient parking (despite high season). We particularly liked John's warm welcome! John was very nice and helpful and gave us all the info we needed. Anytime again!

Great value for money
The B&B was a cheap and cheerful place a last minute booking ideal for what we wanted friendly clean and tidy but on the other had i would check the bathroom shelves first as my husband razor and cream fell off as the shelve fell down and thatbwas the only fault
