We were in room 110. The only downside was the room looked out at a wall and half the window was frosted to hide the AC and fresh air units that where on a roof outside the window which run 24/7. The room was large, clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast and coffees in the cafe and diner in the restaurant and both were great.

Great stay at SeaSpace, clean modern rooms with great kids facilities. Swimming pool was a highlight and the changing spaces there were spacious and great for family changing. The play areas, games room and maze were all great for kids. Breakfast in the cafe and an evening meal at Tallo were also very good. We’d have loved there to be something at the hotel in the evening, e.g marshmallow toasting or a movie and we’d definitely have taken part if there was. Driving into Newquay was easy to do but if you are after a couple of drinks getting a taxi home after 4pm is a challenge! We had quite a wait a couple of times when we wanted a break from driving. Like other reviews it’s notable there’s no lift, not a biggie as we knew before we arrived but worth bearing in mind.

This place is excellent! Rooms with a view, clean, great amenities, and the staff are super-friendly. Also facilities are just wow - gym, pool, indoor and external play areas for kids, plus two amazing eateries - the cafe and Tallo. Really is hard to beat. Cannot recommend enough!

This was a last minute find and definitely did not disappoint. Lots of things to do nearby and on the accommodation. Perfect for families as alot of space for little ones to run around with onside playgrounds and maze! Stunning views too. Win win all around!

Perfect location for lovely walks and close to beaches. Apartment was lovely & spacious and clean. Food & drinks lovely and generous with portions apart from the kids fruit salad We were disappointed that the cafe & restaurant did not accept cash on site.

A very relaxing holiday as a family with teens. Beautifully designed place, spacious rooms and amazing shower! Loved the option to self cater or take advantage of the cafe and restaurant. Great swimming pool and brilliant to be on the SW coastal path for daily walks and incredible views. Good weather helped but summer in Cornwall has been a winner all round. We’ll be back here again for sure.

Apartment was nice and clean. The view from the flat of sun setting in the sea was simply awesome. Kids enjoyed the pool very much. A very pleasurable stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

Sea space is the best & closest place to stay if you are going to Boardmasters festival. Just under a 10 minute walk to the entrance gates. Myself and my partner are very tall and upon booking i called to request a room with a king bed, which was confirmed to us. On arrival we found out they had booked the wrong room and we only had a small double. The lovely Hayley on reception went above and beyond to move us into the most stunning spacious room with a bigger bed . Hayley really made our holiday and we are so grateful to her and for her kindness throughout our stay. The staff are all so helpful too. Sea space is definitely a home from home hotel. The decore is beautiful and so comfortable, the views and sunsets are spectacular. 10/10 cannot wait to go back. Thank you Hayley & the Seaspace team.
