My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Beech Tree Inn at the end of August. This B&B is truly a gem! The ultra-clean and comfortable bedroom, the spotless bathroom, the delicious daily breakfast, and unobtrusive hosts and staff made for a memorable stay. We can't wait to get back. The Beech Tree Inn is surely the best in Newport.

We spent this past weekend at the Beech Tree Inn, and it was simply the best experience! Delicious breakfast, wonderful spacious and clean room -- and we were lucky enough to have a balcony which was perfect for coffee/reading and late afternoon pre-dinner snacks! "Sitting area" on the 3rd floor offered a refrigerator to store goodies, drinks, etc. plus there were cards/games we could borrow! The staff was super helpful and provided wonderful tips and places to go. Will definitely be back! Thank you! Liz & Rich

I highly recommend the Beech Tree Inn and Cottage in Newport. They were so accommodating in helping me surprise my husband with a 3-night stay for our 25th anniversary. The inn is absolutely spotless and beautiful. The staff is very polite and accessible by text. You get absolute special treatment when you go there, and they think of everything you could possibly need. I can't say enough about them. We will definitely go back!

The inn and room were wonderful. Beautifully decorated and clean Great information before our stay about local Events and attractions. The innkeeper greeted us warmly . The only downside was breakfast. Meal was small portions. Cheesecake omelette was a premade , thawed and microwaved one with one sausage patty.

No complaints. Everything was as expected. Check-in was simple and painless. Staff communication was helpful and timely. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the window unit and ceiling fan. Great for sleeping. We didn’t use the gigantic jacuzzi tub, but laughed about the size and placement in the room. Breakfast was adequate and tasty. Location was very convenient to all things in Newport. Approximately 20 minute walk to the harbor. Would definitely stay here again.
