My husband and I were looking for a BnB to spend two days in Newport RI to tour this beautiful town on the water. The host Pat provided excellent accommodations as well as great advice on places to see and places to eat the best lobster, clam chowder and seafood around. We had to visit the International Tennis Hall of Fame too which was exquisite and full of amazing history. We hope to be back in the Fall of 2023.

It's a real 'solid' place to stay for 3 or 4 nights... had no real issues (internet/TV was spotty at times).... the owner was 'tops' for everything you might want from a host.... I would easily recommend up front....
