We had a fantastic stay at this old and quaint inn. It was exactly what I expected. Room was cute and quirky. Definitely not like a standard hotel room. But it had all the amenities required for today's guests. Check-in and staff were very friendly. On-site (free) parking was fabulous. We walked everywhere around Newport. We'd definitely stay there again. Thanks for the fun, Inns At Bellevue!

Another Great stay at the Inns on Bellevue! Great location about half a mile from most things so definitely a walkable distance to downtown. This is our favorite place to stay, the staff is very friendly and there is ample parking. Kim welcomes you with the the most sweetest and warm smile regardless of how busy she can be. We stayed at the Inn in room # 7 and it was very comfortable and a great king size bed. Rooms are fairly well updated for the area and don't forget that Newport and the inns are historic. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and very generous in what they have to offer. Big thanks to Angel who is always very attentive and helpful to travelers. We certainly recommend this hotel for those looking for a nice and romantic feel.

A Historic Gem
A real and true Historic Gem 💎. Very beautiful and smells like fresh coffee all day with the wonderful restaurant Picnic attached to the Inn. It's a must stay if you get the chance.

Had to request for a hairdryer 3 times. The first one did not operate.

Great location, no heat
Pros- the location is fantastic, it is very clean, the staff (or at least the very few I saw) were extremely friendly.
Cons- Front Desk staff not always available, No blankets provided in room.
Biggest issue was my room (#8). It was FREEZING. I was able to track down staff who asked Housekeeping to give me a blanket which did not help much. The heat totally failed on my last (third) night. Also, the room was directly over the kitchen and the smells filled the room beginning at 6am.
