My partner and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend and found the inn to be wonderful. The location was quiet and only steps from the middle of Thames Street. We stayed in room 8 which has gorgeous windows and plenty of space. The on site staff were kind and attentive, especially Ashley! The owner and staff do an excellent job of maintaining the inn. It’s a beautiful old home that presents freshly with shows no signs of wear and tear. We especially loved the breakfasts and time on the patio enjoying our morning coffee surrounded by gorgeous flowers. Highly recommend Serenity Inn and can’t wait for our next visit. 5 out of 5 stars!

This Inn is CLEAN, updated, well kept, and updated!! We stayed in Room 10, which is the balcony room. The bathroom sink was a little small to keep toiletries on the countertop, but the drawers in the vanity were helpful. The innkeeper (Ashley?) was INCREDIBLE. She sat with us and gave us all kinds of suggestions and a map, and took time to sit and chat with us upon arrival. On our next morning, she DELIVERED our breakfast to the top floor so that we could have breakfast on our balcony!! The room and entire property was beautiful, clean, and well designed. Cannot say enough about this place! We WILL be back! Truly worth every penny!!

Room was lovely but inn keeper is not on premises. If you have an issue you need to reach out to person on call who in turn calls a handyman to come. Something simple which could be resolved quickly ends up being a much bigger deal. In addition breakfast was standard, no extra baked goods and no afternoon tea. Little things that other inns offer. Staff was pleasant and location was perfect.

We arrived early, which wasn’t a problem and Ashley was extremely helpful and friendly upon our arrival. We stayed in room 10 which has its own outdoor seated area but there was outside seating available also downstairs. The location of the inn was perfect as we walked everywhere. There is a small car park but additional parking is available just up the street. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We stayed for 3 nights and this was definitely one of our favourite stays during our tour of the US.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in room 5 and would definitely stay here again. We were greeted by Lisa who went over everything with us. The room was comfortable and when I needed another towel, housekeeping got it immediately. The location is a few blocks away from the crowded waterfront area so it is quiet. There is a large front porch which we had breakfast on and also a quiet pergola area on the side of the house.

Serenity Inn is a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed our time there very much and would stay at the inn again. It is the perfect location because it is close to downtown but far away enough to be peaceful and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfasts are amazing!!! Our room was very clean with modern updates.

Serenity Inn is amazing. The only downside was leaving! Seriously we loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. From the hospitality, cleanliness, breakfast, location it was all perfect! We loved the balcony room. The only unfortunate part might be there isn’t really a lobby to sit but I think the dining room is that space too. A screen porch would be nice there but other than that everything was perfect! Definitely recommend!!!! Thank you for an incredible stay!!!
