My husband and I stayed for a night and had the best experience! From the moment we got there we felt like valued guests. The parking and arrival was easy and the personal note in our room was a great touch. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet which is not always the case at hotels. Bonus points for the little balcony and view of the water from our room! We had dinner at the restaurant and it was truly one of the best meals we've had - the calamari was perfection. We loved being able to sit outside by the water and enjoy the view. Our breakfast the next morning was equally delicious! We look forward to coming back again soon!

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, we felt the love! Every single person was so friendly, helpful, and professional. And the valets-OMG! So responsible, timely, caring and a pleasure to ride with! Beautiful hotel, well maintained and cared for but the knowledgeable, concerned staff sets them apart!

One of my absolute favorite hotels! You just can’t beat the location and the waterfront dining. Waking up to a stunning view of Newport Beach right outside my window was unforgettable. I slept so well, and—rare for him—my husband said he had one of the best nights of sleep! He especially loved the comforter and pillows. Our room had a fireplace, which added such a touch of luxury. The vibe, music, and central bar on the first floor create such a fun and inviting atmosphere. What I care about most in a hotel is the service —and they truly impressed me. The staff remembered my name and went out of their way to be kind and thoughtful. I absolutely love staying here and highly recommend it!

I returned to lovely Newport for the second time this year. It is more beautiful it is compared to the bleakness of winter. I stayed again at Forty 1 North (now most favorite place) and was treated wonderfully! Many of the employees remembered me from my last stay. Their outside restaurant was exquisite and the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you are in Newport, you MUST stay there and you MUST have the seafood tower! Exquisite and fun luxury!

We hosted a college reunion at 41 N on 6/28 for about 20 people. Riley and Kathleen, the sales representatives for 41 North event planning, were amazing. They were very responsive and spent a lot of time providing meal and drink options for the attendees. I was very pleased with the final results - a beautiful location, excellent service and the family style dinning was perfect. Great food and fantastic value. I have hosted events at other venues in Newport, but by and large this venue is the best.

This is place is awesome! Best location/sunset in Newport. I was there with a group of 10 and the service and food were on point. And most importantly, great espresso martinis. Bar staff and the manager Josh were all welcoming. Not sure why this place gets a bad review…We can’t wait to get back.

Absolutely love 41° North! The location is unbeatable, right on the water with stunning views and a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. The service is always top-notch and the manager Josh goes above and beyond to make every visit special. He’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely conversational. Everything from the wine to the food was delicious. One of our favorite spots in Newport!

Forty 1 North is an absolutely beautiful place to stay, a nice quiet location with amazing views. The food was outstanding and everyone was so nice and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable with all details well thought out to allow quests to relax and be comfortable. We visited Forty 1 North this past winter during holidays and again now in June. Both times of year it was very enjoyable and a treat to spend the weekend with my husband, definitely a place we are planning to continue to visit.
