A Great place to stay in Newport, RI. Can’t say enough about the staff other than professional and caring… What a great hotel… Also one person in particular, Samantha, she took care of us no matter what… Outstanding service… We will be back to visit in the future, and where will we stay… 41 North for sure… Thank you Samantha for all that you did for us… Much appreciated… Rick and Diane Fourney

The experience at Forty 1 North in Newport was second to none! The property is beautiful and relaxing. The interior spaces have beautiful furnishings and the decor is lovely and tasteful. Our cocktails and meals were divine! I can’t wait to return! The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. We were treated as if we were the only guests there.

My fiancée and I stayed at Forty 1 North for our engagement weekend in June and had an unbelievable experience. Everything from the staff and service to the property/room and food was exceptional. The restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner and the service was excellent. Additionally, the car service to other locations in Newport was a very nice service which we appreciated. Lastly, all of the staff, with a specific shout out to the Valet staff, were very friendly, helpful, made us feel welcome and made the experience at this beautiful property. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Newport!

Amazing hotel. Staff couldn’t have been nicer! Go see Mary and Braden at the bar and please say hello to Bobby at the valet station. They made our stay wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the 2 person tub in the bathroom as well as the fully stocked bar.

I was attending a business meeting at this hotel so I did not choose it. However I booked and paid for the most expensive room in the hotel. I would have assumed the customer service would be in line with the price I paid. I received a letter via email prior to my arrival with the assertion the staff was here for me. Upon arrival I contacted the phone number in the email to inquire about laundry service. I was told it was available and the staff would assist me with my laundry. They came to the room to retrieve my laundry. The next day I again called and asked about by laundry. It wad 3:30pm. I was told my laundry was ready and the staff was at the laundry to get it and bring it back. I told the staff we would be leaving for a business dinner and she assured me my laundry would be on my room when we returned. Upon returning to my room at 8:30pm, there was no laundry. I once again called the number provided and a young man at the desk answered the phone. Instead of trying to inquire he chose to just start making up facts. I finally called him out and he admitted he knew nothing about my laundry. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that would not happen. This is my third time in Newport and I have stayed in 2 other hotels. They were so far superior to this one.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Very lovely outdoor bar areas. The hotel and bar staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel offers to drive guests to/from places in Newport. This was fantastic. The young men working as valets were friendly and ready to please. Be prepared for a room that does not have adequate closet/dresser space. We like to unpack everything so it's easier to "live" in a hotel room while on vacation. Unfortunately, my husband and I had to keep most of our clothes in our suitcases and living out of a suitcase is a drag. That said, our overall experience was very good and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I highly recommend staying in a harbor suite. The views are beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms are beautifully updated with a modern appeal. The restaurant on their dock is also fantastic. We ate there a couple of times, and the bartenders, servers and chefs were very accommodating. All the staff were extremely nice, courteous and above all seemed very appreciative of us staying at their hotel. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

Everything at 41N was amazing!! This was our first time there and we went for our anniversary. From booking our reservation at the hotel to our dinner in their beautiful restaurant, it was all absolutely amazing. Our room had a gorgeous view of the water and all of the amenities were perfect. We had a delicious 5 course dinner in their restaurant that still has me thinking about it, 2 months later. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, from the valet to the multiple, attentive staff at the front desk, to all of the servers…everything was truly magical. Thank you for a wonderful romantics getaway for me and my husband.

We Loved our time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable too! We loved the restaurant and the staff was amazing all around. We will definitely come back! I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
