Bellevue Manor

I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but unfortunately, there were a few issues that made it difficult. I was in a “lower level room”, which had spiders on the walls and in the beds. However the worst part was in the middle of the night the ceiling started leaking—my suitcase and clothes ended up soaked and we were up a lot of the night dealing with this. I will say the 24 hour maintenance man was very apologetic and brought us towels right away. On top of that, breakfast is served right outside the lower level rooms, so it was quite loud in the morning and hard to sleep in. I mentioned the leaking ceiling at checkout, but the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and didn’t offer any apology or offer compensate that nights stay. It’s a charming place in theory, but I hope they address these issues moving forward.

A delightful room in a wonderful B&B

Staff (Angel and Kim) were so helpful and kind. Room was excellent. Easy parking. Great location. Killer breakfast. Wonderful historic building and experience.

The property was clean and the grounds were tidy. The rooms are on the small side but clean and comfortable.

Second time staying, great location, room ok but a bit dated and needs some renovations to the common areas. Breakfast more continental than a traditional bed and breakfast. However, will be back

Beds were very old and uncomfortable, no boxspring. Bugs and black mold in the room. Paint was chipping Stopper on tub was broken. After hours keypad was unnecessary as you could just push your way in. Place was NOT cheap, expected much better. It needs an overhaul.
