Newcastle East Hotels with Wi-Fi

We went for a short trip up to Newcastle and loved the location of the hotel. When we arrived we were not disappointed. We booked a low sea view room which was ok but the view was very good overlooking the beach. Room was not bad, bathroom was updated. Breakfast in the morning was a bit slow to come out and had to book a time the day before which wasn’t ideal. We were then double charged for our stay once when we booked and then again when we arrived. The receptionist asked for our credit card at checkin for deposit but charged us again. We only noticed when we got home and when we checked our statement. When we called they were not overly apologetic about this and just said they must of not read the booking notes during checkin? Overall stay was ok, hotel needs a facelift, service was below standard but location was great.
