Travelodge Newbury Chieveley M4

I have visited this Travelodge a number of times. I have always had an excellent experience. Sanjay always gives a fantastic friendly welcome and any help required is dealt with immediately. The team are all amazing; very friendly and helpful. It’s always clean and well maintained. The beds and rooms are really comfortable guaranteed a good nights sleep. Couldn’t recommend enough. It is the only place I would stay when in the area.

We had a fantastic experience at Chieveley services Travelodge. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated Sanjay not only delivering great customer service he made us feel so welcome. Recommended !!

I stayed overnight last night at the Chieveley Travelodge with my daughter. We were en route from Devon to London and wanted a stop over for an early start. The location was perfect, 2 minutes from the M4. It was very late when we arrived. The staff greeted us on arrival (I was worried that the reception may not have been staffed as we were so late arriving) but it was and they were welcoming and friendly. In particular Sanjay who was very helpful and obliging when we were running slightly late checking out this morning and went past the check out time. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, particularly considering its close proximity to the M4 and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel.

Great staff who were really helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Nice clean room with a fan fitted for the heat - very considerate during the hot thundery spell. Very convenient for the motorway.

The room was lovely. We were very glad to arrive to it. We ordered a takeaway and were able to get one delivered to the hotel. Sanjay at reception was kind enough to give us a print out of local visit spots and helped us out with a couple of plates. We had a great night sleep, pillows were great and we had a bathtub which I enjoyed. Parking was free, Moto services just over the road so lots of different foods and essentials available there.

Very nice and clean room. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Specially Amul on check in and Sanjay on checkout were extremely good.
