during a 40-day stay in the hotel, our room was not cleaned even once, not to mention that someone asked us if we needed new towels, sheets, and we bought the toilet paper ourselves! The service is not bad, it is lacking at all, this hotel lacks any kind of management Towels scattered in the corridors, strollers left for days, and in the event of a fire, exiting the corridors would be more than difficult! Generally speaking, if pets were not allowed in the hotel, I would not stay even 5 minutes there for anything in the world!

No space in hotel car park, had to park in main services, lorries everywhere. Had to cross busy entrance when walking back to hotel. Nothing felt safe and secure about any if it, worried about parking fine as machine at reception not working. Hotel it self was fine.

I was greeted by Sanjay who was really helpful and nothing was to much trouble, he was an absolute amazing host. The room is clean and tidy with lots of towels. Lovely clean bedding and bathroom spotless. Overall the hotel is lovely. All credit to Sanjay he’s a credit to Travelodge 👏

Very friendly reception staff, room is clean and functional. Very good value for money. Parking is free which is a good bonus. Even though this Travelodge is at a service station it was very quite. Slept well with the window open. Food options available over at the service station as well a vending machine in reception.

Sanjay working at the reception is always friendly and helpful while I’m checking in. I’m a regular customer at this branch. The rooms are functional and clean. Overall my experience is always positive when staying at Newbury travelodge. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable short stay. Parking is free, just need to register your car at reception.

Rubbish!!! Not worth the money. Like a Youth hostel with less facilities, never again - I will bring a tent next time!

We have being staying in this hotel for some time and we still do, I would like to thank Sanjay for his warm welcome and has help us in very way possible, to be honest you need more people like him, i would recommend this hotel to anyone once again thank you very much.
