Although I read some negative reviews online about long elevator wait times and police car noise, I decided to give it a try because of the prime location. After comparing prices on trip.com, I was able to book a hotel at a very good price two weeks before my departure. The hotel as a whole is as fresh as the photos shared by other guests on the Internet. There are about 60 rooms on each floor (based on the room number arrangement along the stairwell), but luckily we didn't hear frequent noise from neighbors or passersby like we would in a hotel in Tokyo. Although you can occasionally hear the sirens of police cars on the street outside, or the noise from watching football games in the restaurant on the 8th floor and the banquet hall below the 7th floor, it is generally very quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The side table of the desk can be pulled out to form a 90-degree angle with the main table, increasing the usable space. The air-conditioning vents are designed next to the window and will not blow directly onto the bed, which I think is very good. You have to pay an additional $40 per day to use it at restaurants or to subscribe to wireless internet in your room (hotels don’t offer free Wi-Fi like in Japan, South Korea or Taiwan). It didn't work at Starbucks or the gift shop so we just had a drink at the 8th floor bar and enjoyed the night view of the Times Square ads. We found vending machine in 7f we can buy drinks and snacks any time.

As an IHG member, I am glad I picked this intercon hotel to stay in for our NY vacation and my Carnegie Hall performance debut trip. This hotel is in central location and all staffs, from doormen, concierge, frontdesk and cleaners-- all were excellent! We'll use this hotel again if we come back to NY.

Great location. However watch out for beggar in the area. On of them followed us into the hotel lift trying to mug us. No security at the door to stop stranger entering the hotel. So stay vigilant!!!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Close to One World Trade and an easy walk to Battery Park, the subway and the ferries. Our King Room with a Sofa bed was spacious and had great bathrooms and amenities. The views are fantastic, and the lovely new area and wonderful mall adjacent to the hotel makes staying here simple

I will never stay here again! I stayed here for 6 days in total, and every time I turned on the Do Not Disturb light, the housekeeper would still knock on the door rudely and ask if I needed cleaning!!! What was even more disgusting and disgusting was that they would open the door directly many times! First, I turned on the Do Not Disturb light! It would be fine if they knocked on the door and asked loudly! I had already replied that I didn't need it! But they actually opened the door and asked again! It was really annoying! I was taking a nap in my pajamas at the time! ***!!! One time when I returned to the room, I happened to see her open the door and walk out of the room! But there was no cleaning! No bottled water was refilled either! ! It was mandatory to pay $45 per day for staying, and bottled water was included in the $45! In fact, if you don't clean, you should put it at the door! ! ! But it doesn't matter, anyway, the experience was too bad! It was a bummer! It made people feel very unsafe in the room! Even if it was marked Do Not Disturb! Someone still opened the door at any time! ! ! Terrible!

Very happy staying in The Times Square Edition! Comfortable beds and beautifully designed rooms, everyone is friendly and kind and helpful, big shout out to Shar, who was exceptional when assisting with the check in process! The staff at breakfast restaurant was cold though, but the food was beyond 5 star. Will definitely come back to stay here next time!
Located in Midtown Manhattan, where every inch of land is valuable. The view is great. The decoration style is modern and simple. The red decoration highlights the unique flavor of New York. However, the hotel has few breakfast varieties and few seats. Sometimes you need to queue up.

A true old money style hotel. The front desk and concierge service level is very high. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. I communicated with the concierge and booked the JG dinner next door. It's Trump's hotel, so I took some details. The room is not large, but it fully demonstrates the ”small but complete”. The open kitchen on the right side of the door is fully equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to espresso and American cups, coffee cups are also prepared for take-out disposable cups. The bathroom is not big either. The bathroom supplies insist on using small packages for each guest. The towels are white and soft. The hardware is indeed a bit old, but it is well maintained and very clean. The SPA is comfortable and the night bed is professionally made. Downstairs is opposite Central Park. In winter, there is not much scenery except taking a carriage to stroll around. It should be beautiful when the cherry blossoms bloom in March!
Except for an extra charge of $ 49 per person per day of the resort fee, this is not acceptable, and I hope to cancel it.
Good location, same building with park central. Manhattan club
Newly renovated, but the toilet and bathroom in the room are too small, only half the size of the Manhattan club
Breakfast was generous and dinner was negligible,
Opposite diagonally is Carnegie Hall, the subway station is right out, walk 10 minutes to times square 5 minutes to central park
15 minutes by subway to Wall Street,
If you can cancel the resort fee. I will book this hotel every time I go
Otherwise, I would still choose Manhattan club
Very Good

Great
BBubuThe hotel is very new, 2 minutes away from the High Line Park, there is a mall, it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun
FFanfan020527The doorman was very helpful in carrying the luggage, and the housekeeper on the 16th floor and the room service guy were very nice. The hotel environment is old, but the location is good, next to the LV hard case. The worst thing was that the front desk gave me the wrong room that I had booked in advance when I checked in. When I got to the room, I found it was wrong, so I called and changed the room.
AAnonymous UserThis should be an old hotel that has been completely renovated. The room is very beautiful and stylish, and every item is very exquisite. The bathroom is small and the shower water is small, which may be due to the renovation of the old building. But it is worth staying. The bar downstairs looks very good at night. The food ordering in the room tastes great! And fast! There is a small problem. When you deposit your credit card at the front desk, you must bring a chip.
YYuanfenbaobeiThe room is OK, but the big bed is relatively small. domestic five feet
However, please improve the detailed procedures for deduction of hotel services!
1. If you stay for three days + stay for one more day, you will be deducted an extra day’s room fee of USD 4,300
2. It is agreed that the deposit is 300 per day, 900 for 3 days, and 2700 US dollars will be deducted directly for check-in
This math skills are really not good 🤷♂️

李李源文先生The hotel is in a good environment and the service is very warm and thoughtful. Since we were staying during the Spring Festival, there were a lot of Chinese tourists in the hotel and it was very lively. The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding public transportation is very convenient.
최최슬기From the day I first arrived to the day I finished, the hotel staff's service was so good that I felt good~
The accommodation was also cleanly managed, and although the bathtub water didn't drain in the middle, it was resolved right away when I spoke about it~
Considering the location in Manhattan, New York, the accommodation was spacious and nice!
HHANZERefinery is first of all a good location. It ’s convenient to go to Broadway to watch a show or to go to midtown. The nearby Bryant Park has my favorite breakfast shop. West 40th Street has good Spanish food. Michelin ’s chef ’s table is the highest in the world at West 39. Street ... you can understand so much. In fact, the room facilities are just like that. In contrast, I prefer their hotel public facilities and bathrooms. Their rooftop is a relatively popular restaurant with nice night views.
WWendaoshanshiAfter all, it's a new high-rise building, the location is OK, but the air conditioning temperature can't be adjusted high. I asked a worker to fix it. One room was fixed, but the other one was not fixed. It was still quite cold at night.
