The room is relatively big enough and clean. However, I really did not like the service in all aspects as following:
Front desk: It took 20 minutes to explain that breakfast was included. I showed my email and app where it is clearly written ”included”.
Breakfast: very simple one and refill takes forever. I had to tell the waitress to refill the coffee and other meals who was standing next to the table and scrolling her cell phone without any greeting to anybody.
Shuttle bus: We made a reservation for the bus at 12 pm and we're told to exit the hotel 10 minutes before. The bus driver did not open the bus door and showed his 5 fingers to wait. I knocked the door at 12 to get in but the driver was so rude and asked if we were in hurry and complained that he had been awake since 2 am. It was his duty to take us to the airport on time. He complained again and again during the ride which was unbelievable. I never experienced such behavior from shuttle bus driver.
Overall the hotel is not 4 star hotel! It is 3 or below.

Location was impeccable as it was in the modern part of Flushing within walking distance to Tangram and other food options. Nice, clean lobby and decently spacious rooms. Only thing was that there were some broken glass shards on the carpet in the room but otherwise great hotel

My husband and i stayed at this hotel last week while visiting for the Us Open Tennis. i wanted to stay at a new clean modern place and it fit al those perfectly. Upon arrival to LGA we called and the hotel shuttle came and picked us up at 12 midnight .check in was quick and easy. i will say the air conditioner noise is 100% correct. we got there at midnight and once in the room i was like what the heck is that noise. luckily the room was cool and we turned it off for the night. ( we could not sleep with that noise) the next day we left the air on since we would be gone and the room was cool enough to turn the ac off at night. to get to the us open we would take the 7 train to the Mets Station one station down and we were within walking distance to the Tennis Stadium. we felt safe after the game at about 1 am to take the 7 train back one stop and walk the 10 minutes to the hotel. For purposes of the US Open to me this is the best hotel. all of the others near LGA had horrible reviews. this hotel is beautiful, new and modern. they also have a coffee shop that was convenient. having the 7 train nearby is a huge plus. overall i will be back to this hotel.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Flushing, New York. It's convenient for getting around. There's a shopping mall downstairs with lots of delicious food. The hotel has a terrace which is also a great place to take photos. You can watch planes flying overhead and landing up close. But it's not noisy in the room.

Flight was cancelled out of LaGuardia last minute. Booked using points and couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff here, everyone of them, were pleasant, friendly and so accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. Traveling friend dropped earring in sink and maintenance was up quickly to rescue said earring out of the drain within minutes. We had dinner at the small bar/restaurant, and for a hotel meal, we were pleasantly surprised how yummy it was. And the gentleman who served us was so willing to please. Great stay and kudos to the staff for making a frustrating event so much easier!

The hotel is located in the Laguadia area of Queens, New York. Although it is located in a relatively less prosperous area, it is still relatively quiet. The overall facilities and services are quite good and modern. There are Chinese food, fresh-cut beef hot pot, seafood, etc. in the building. There is a parking lot and KTV downstairs, which is quite convenient.

Not only would I not recommend this hotel, I am following through with reporting them for PCI noncompliance. I was put in this hotel by American Airlines after my flight was canceled. I decided to go downstairs and eat dinner in the restaurant. At the end of my meal, the waiter informed me that they were only accepting cash due to their computer being down. I asked when did this happen and why wasn't I notified before I ordered. He stated that it occurred during my meal; however, I recall the couple sitting behind me jokingly telling a waiter that they came up with enough pennies for their order. When I travel, I do not carry cash. I informed him that I did not have cash. He told me I could get cash out of the hotels ATM. I also do not carry an ATM card while traveling. I offered to come down and pay it in the morning before I left which would give the company time to fix their computer. He informed me that it wouldn't be fixed for a couple of days and asked if he could take a picture of my credit card. I declined this and he contacted his manager. His manager (Peter) asked to speak to me so he handed me the phone. Peter spent the next several minutes raising his voice and bullying me to the point of threatening to call the police on me over $8 and because I refused to allow them to take a picture of my credit card. I encouraged him to call the police. He also informed me that they do this all the time and it has never been a problem in the past. What business establishment takes pictures of their customer's credit cards? This is illegal and will be reported. The end result of this entire ridiculous ordeal after I encouraged him to call the police was that they would inform me the same thing he was stating. He then informed me that I could go to the hotel desk and allow them to charge my card for the $8 balance which was technically more than the stated ticket amount. He wasn't the restaurant manager. He is the hotel owner! Take what you want from this experience, but I will be reporting this to American Airlines as well as PCI. I highly encourage you to find somewhere else to stay!

Excellent
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The value is outstanding, especially with the convenience of an on-site restaurant serving fantastic food and a laundromat for guests. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the rooms are both clean and comfortable, showcasing the staff's commitment to providing a great experience. A standout moment was meeting the night shift guy in the white suit—his presence added a unique touch to the ambiance and he was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. The team was welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway!

GGuest UserThe room size and facilities are acceptable.
Not far from the subway station.
There is a comprehensive commercial complex next door, which is convenient for shopping.
The so-called breakfast is just a few square meters of operating space in the corner of the lobby. It is completely independent and provides the simplest breakfast materials and processing facilities. It is completely self-service. This is unacceptable

GGuest UserWe used it for JFK Mae night. We were able to go to the airport in 20th place.
The room was clean and there was a problem with the toilet, but I changed it immediately. The people at the front desk were kind and felt good.

AAimee RebeccaYou get what you pay for. Hotel itself looks a bit smudgy. But fairly clean. Rooms are not soundproof. So you will hear every move that is made inside and outside. The windows in my room didn’t lock properly so the noise of the construction and the train was heard all night long. The location on the other hand was great. I went to the us open and it was only one stop with the metro to get there.

GGuest UserPlease avoid this hotel at all costs. The guest experience was certainly deplorable; it is staffed with the most indifferent and unwelcoming staff ever for a Best Western. Don't even ask for a late check-out which I did; the clerk, who was dozing off when I checked in, yelled out ”12 o'clock” when I asked how late I could check out. The room was a good size, and the television worked. The internet was efficient; you just have to figure out that the hotel's phone number is the password. Everything is on sticky notes: your key has a room number stuck on a sticky note so you will not forget (just don't lose your key}. The dead bolt on the door (I had room 702) did not work. Refrigerator worked. However, the horrors immediately occurred right before I went to bed. The noise from the street is pretty bad; lots of cars just like to honk. And there was blood on the sheets on one of the two beds. Good thing that I checked the other bed and found it was blood stained free. In the morning, prior to taking a shower, a clump of hair was in the shower. So much for the cleanliness of this place. The management sent me a sorry response when I complained about their poor cleanliness. There is a Hyatt Place right across the street from this hotel, which has a decent continental breakfast if you are of an elite status with 'World of Hyatt.” I usually don't raise the issue of a Diamond Elite in the Best Western program, but this hotel's poor record of guest service would not matter if you had the status or not. They treat you the same: like a bag of dirt. Avoid!

CCharliechaiThe transportation is convenient, it is less than 10 minutes' walk from the subway station and the train station. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The disadvantages are: 1. The sound insulation effect is poor, and the ringtone of the mobile phone in the next room can be heard. 2. The breakfast is relatively simple, after all, it is In the largest Chinese area in Flushing, New York, it would be nice to be able to eat buns and fried dough sticks.

GGuest UserI saw many posts not having good recommendations about the hotel ... But I wanted to pay for see ... And I liked what I saw ... In fact, the hotel's entry is not the best. The reception is very simple ... No parking in the hotel. Ahead there was one who charged $28 24 hours, but nothing so bad.A very careful Chinese official was well-taken and asked.I stayed in apt 803, double room with 3 king beds and well clean. For six people there was LED TV with several channels. The Flushing district is a 100% Chinese district with a variety of markets and restaurants. The metro line 7 is three squares in Roosevelt Av. and Manhattan are 12 stations. The College Av. there is Burlington, Marshalls, Target etc. in a Mall. The safe and quiet neighborhood and the Mets Stadium is close. I'll be back some day.
