Hotels in John F. Kennedy International Airport Area, New York

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near JFK Airport. The complimentary van service for airport transfers was incredibly convenient. We called the hotel upon arrival and easily met the van at the designated departure point. The hotel itself is excellent—clean, neat, and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a place to stay near the airport with the added bonus of free JFK transfers, this hotel is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

The hotel is an airport hotel and with good connection with shuttle bus. The reception and service in general is very good. Breakfast is good. Room is nice and clean. There is a deli and burger King nearby as well as a 7-11 There is nothing interesting in the surrounding to see, however.

This hotel is a transitional hotel for business trips. Booking a month in advance is very expensive. If it weren't for a business trip, I would never consider it. The hotel is ok. Although it is small, the room bedding is quite clean. Breakfast is included, but it is not a buffet. You need to order it yourself. The lobby is a very small area, very similar to a domestic express hotel. The main reason for booking it at that time was that it was close to the airport and there was a free shuttle to Kennedy Airport. Overall, the price of a five-star hotel, but the facilities and services of a three-star hotel.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is kinda basic but acceptable. Shuttle from JFK is easily filled so most of the time will need to wait for a second one which is not good enough, considering most travelers are tired and want to check ASAP. Room prices are ridiculous but it's the general norm for any hotels near JFK.

The room size is okay and clean. The bed is also relatively large. But it's winter now, it's 0 degrees outside at night, and the windows are leaking, and it's terrible. It was extremely cold at night and I couldn't sleep. The air conditioner in the room had no hot air.

Parking fee is $40. The guy said we can park on the surrounding roads, but after looking at the environment, I didn't dare. A standard airport hotel, stay overnight to catch a flight. The front desk was not very enthusiastic, but they were polite and patient when asked. I don't know why the WiFi could not pop up the login window, and all devices encountered this problem. In the end, it was the official customer service, not the hotel staff, who solved it remotely by phone.

The hotel is very new and is considered a **. There is only one Starbucks in the whole resort where you can eat. The hotel only has a small shop that provides some prepared foods. The ** often speaks directly in Mandarin on the radio, as if it only serves Chinese people. If you need to go to JFK to catch an early flight, you can consider staying for a night and play games by the way

Location is very nice if you are planning to layover at a JFK airport hotel, however the bus to airport are always late so be aware of your flight time!

I have paid for my room online before check-in. However, I was charged again upon checkout.... and it was paying for a room that was not under my name!! Thank God I double checked. The staff checked and made a refund to my credit card without any expression or apology. It was so stressful to try to settle this while catching the shuttle bus. The driver looked friendly but I was taken aback when he shouted rudely at my aged mother who was hesitant at the door because the two front rows were all taken up and she has difficulty moving to the back row. A younger lady then offered her seat to my mom. When I had time to check my credit card bill later, I realized that the refunded amount was less than the amount wrongly charged to my card! I wrote to their guest relations but one and a half month later, I still have not received any reply from them. Although the shuttle service was prompt and room was clean and quiet, I probably will not stay there again.
