I think it is a cost-effective hotel compared to the murderous prices in New York.
The location is really great! Koreatown is within walking distance! The staff were also friendly.
The whole building and decoration are very retro, I like this style very much! The room is small but the layout is very warm, especially the curtains are very like, in the morning sun, there are holes in the fabric curtains of different sizes, exuding colorful colorful light is very beautiful! Each room has its own terrace, and you can feel the lively street view of NYC from morning to night. Great experience. The bar on the first floor is also very retro and beautiful, the atmosphere at night is great, the service is very thoughtful! The surrounding area is also very safe, and you can walk to the destination you want to go.
The location is very good, the hotel is new and the design is my favorite style. But the booked room was not repaired because of strange noise that night, and was upgraded to a larger room after the complaint. I wanted to live in the future, but the front desk sincerely apologized, the new room is really good, it is still worth affirming.

The location is OK, not far from the High Line and the island, there is a Whole Foods supermarket nearby which is very convenient. The facilities are old and facing the street. The most unbearable thing is the air conditioning, which is as loud as a tractor. Not recommended
The location of the hotel is good. It is equipped with a coffee bar and a restaurant. It is very convenient. The front desk is very friendly. The room style is a bit industrial, which is very distinctive. The overall cost performance is good
Location, all that matters.
Staff was great, helpful, and kind to help us all the way. Especially the person at the door with whom I had a very personal and meaningful conversation.
Fireplace in the lobby, next level spot for your socials.
Breakfast is not really my thing. European taste (even Australian one) is very different from local US ones. It's good to have, but around, there are always options.
With a stay at The Flat NYC in New York (Manhattan), you'll be a 3-minute walk from 5th Avenue and 11 minutes by foot from Empire State Building. This hotel is 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Madison Square Garden and 0.4 mi (0.6 km) from Chelsea Hotel.
Make yourself at home in one of the 45 guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
The location of the Holiday Inn is excellent. It's situated between Sixth and Seventh Avenue, making it easy to walk to the subway station and Times Square. The hotel rooms are not large but they are clean and tidy, and they come with a safe and a hairdryer. Breakfast is free and includes fruits and juices, as well as bagels, cupcakes, and nut bars. If you're in a hurry, you can also take it to go.
The most unforgettable person for me was Ms. Nadine. She helped me get back the passports for me and my family. I forgot to take the passports out of the safe when I checked out, and I only remembered when I was about to leave New York after spending the whole day out. I rushed back to the hotel and, in my panic, I told her the wrong room number. Ms. Nadine was very patient and compassionate; she let me go up with her to check. At that moment I found out I had given her the wrong room number. I am truly very grateful to her. I will stay in the Holiday Inn again.
This hotel is amazing! The rooms are very spacious. Everything is super clean and the highlight is the location. I usually don’t write reviews but this time I have to because I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel. I could easily walk everywhere but it was still calm around so it was truly amazing. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! The rooms have very big windows and you have a super beautiful view of the Empire State Building from the room, even though I did not book a specific room. Overall super happy! The staff was very friendly too and many things are complimentary such as wine hour and tea in the mornings!
The location is very good, and you can see the Empire State Building directly from the room window. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but Koreatown is very close, and there is Chinese food. There is also a Xi'an noodle restaurant nearby, which is quite authentic. I went there to eat Korean food and Korean barbecue several times, and it was generally good.

Very Good
BBubuThe hotel is very new, 2 minutes away from the High Line Park, there is a mall, it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun
ZzZzZzzzZzhThis hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Manhattan, right next to NY Penn Station which has trains to both JFK (on the LIRR) and EWR (via NJTransit). My room was pretty small, but it had everything I needed. Everything appears to be clean. Staff were friendly and had me checked in and out quickly. I was provided with 2 complimentary bottles of water upon checkin.
PP-SConvenient location. Ok facilities. No parking. Hotel recommends a parking garage that is farther than some nearby garage at similar price. Weird recommendation. Pay special attention to the included breakfast. Hotel gives breakfast voucher which makes people think it’s going to be a decent breakfast. But the voucher actually gives you juice, fruit, pastry and tea/coffee. Not even some eggs… very disappointing breakfast indeed.
GGuest UserGreat location with various metro lines nearby, very friendly staff, abundant breakfast more salty than sweet, the room was made up every day, fairly satisfactory cleaning, not very big room but we only went there to sleep, in our bathroom we had bottles with all the quality body and hair products, definitely if I returned to Ny it would be my first choice
YyidamMaybe it's to cut costs, the service is very simple. There was only one towel in the bathroom when I checked in. The front desk was nice and sent someone to deliver it immediately. But no one cleaned the next day, which saved me the $5 tip. Breakfast is mainly scrambled eggs, bacon rolls and small cakes, and the drinks are more diverse. You have to bring your own toiletries and slippers. The location is super good, with Madison Square and Penn Station just outside. The transportation is extremely convenient. It only takes 40 minutes to get to Kennedy Airport by Changchun Railway Station and Changchun Railway Station. It is also very convenient to take the train to Newark Airport in New Jersey. The room is not big, but it is very cost-effective for a single person to stay for a short period of time, and the deposit can be refunded quickly. Also, please note that not all rooms provide free wifi.
AAngieThe location is super good, just across the street to Maddison Square, there are many shops for food nearby, and it is only a 15-minute walk to Times Square. The location in the center of Manhattan, this price is very cost-effective. I booked a double room, Queen size bed the bed is soft, I personally have a problem. The facilities are acceptable, after all, it is a big brand hotel. Will consider staying next time.
YYICHENSend your daughter to school and choose this hotel. The transportation is very convenient, very close to TJMAXX and MASHALLS, you can buy cheap and good quality goods. The hotel has a guest lounge, although no breakfast is available, but there are free coffee, pastries, boiling water and microwaves, as well as free computers and printers. The front desk is very welcoming, and also helps with luggage. It should be said that the price is very high. I will choose it next time.
GGuest UserThis is a very good location, although the surrounding environment is a little chaotic, but whether it is by subway or bus are within 5 minutes of walking, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the facilities and conditions in the room are higher than expected, especially walking Hmart Asian supermarket in 7 minutes, not far from Koreatown, can save the stomach of our Asians
