The stay was nice. Rooms are small. No coffee maker in the room. You can go downstairs and buy coffee but the coffee is weak and not worth the price. Water runs out the shower soaking the floor. Overall the place is cozy. Intimate. The bar tender was AMAZING ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS. The front staff were very polite night and morning. The guy that sold the coffee wasn’t as pleasant seemed like he didn’t want to be there but he wasnt nasty either.
Rooms are nice, comfy beds. Unfortunately the rooftop terrace was closed during winter, must be very beautiful. Hotel bar is very nice

The room size is relatively large in New York;
There is a restaurant downstairs;
Soho location is very good and convenient!
Check in was easy, but our room was not nice at all. I do not understand how this hotel is marked as five star because it had three star standards. The first room we were placed in was the handicap accessible room, even though we booked the Classic Queen. The rug was torn up and dirty, the bathroom was oddly arranged, the room was extremely small where you can only sit on your bed. There were no drawers to place your clothes, and there seemed to be a fridge at some point but was taken out. I called the front desk if there was supposed to be a fridge and they rudely said ”no” and hung up. The pillows were horrible - flat, no support at all. I had to use two or three pillows to support my head and neck at night.
We woke up the first morning and the room was so hot. We came to find out our HVAC was not working. We called down and we were able to change rooms. The second room was nicer and surprise surprise there was a fridge! We were under the impression that all the rooms did not have fridges since our first one did not have one. So yes, they put us in a subpar room purposefully because maybe we booked through a third party? Either way, do not stay at this hotel if you're expecting ”five star.” The only plus was location - close to the Canal St subway station. Will not stay there again, and definitely do not recommend.
Dominic is located in the Soho district of New York's trendy brand shopping. The geographical location is very convenient. The hotel facilities are complete and comfortable, and the service staff is enthusiastic. Highly recommended!
Older hotels in New York and New York! Equivalent to China Express Hotel! But the location is not bad, there is Chinatown nearby! Koreatown! Especially the streetwear is very special. The streets of New York are so far away than imagined. Hahahahahaha, the streets are more worn and repaired everywhere! Metropolis!

GGuest UserThere was a bit of remodeling going on the for the week I was there so that was the only reason for the downgrade on facilities. With that said my room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would very much recommend this hotel if you want to be downtown with a lot going on outside the door.
YYANGThe location is very good, within 10 minutes walking distance from the shopping street, there are 3 large supermarkets, drug stores, Starbucks, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, breakfast can be eaten here. There are also several burger restaurants, the most famous being the Shake Shack Main Store. The hotel is good both in service and staying experience. Room 28 is not small, it is much newer than other old hotels, and the layout is good. Will consider staying here next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is close to the subway station and easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, with 1.5-meter-wide twin beds. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant with delicious Sichuan cuisine. Although the hotel, like some other hotels, does not have toothbrushes, slippers and other supplies, the price of just over 1,000 yuan is acceptable in Manhattan.
GGuest UserAwesome location. Very easy to get in and out. Decent size rooms, but definitely a bit dated. Wifi was a little spotty, but this is just what you need for a business stay. Would definitely stay here again.
