The hotel was good overall. It says parking in the hotel details but that is NOT true. We circled the block for a long time then ended up having to park a couple of blocks away then walk to the room. If you have parking as an amenity then it should be places to park. The room was clean but the chair in the room had spots on it and the ac kept turning off at night. The bed was pretty comfy and housekeeping was very nice. They didn’t clean the room the next day. Breakfast was ok
If you ignore the surrounding environment and sanitary conditions and look at this hotel alone, its star-level service and facilities are all brand new and very good, and it is indeed very convenient. It is only less than 10 minutes by subway from the center of Times Square, about five or six stations, and you can directly reach the hotel. But if you want to take the New York subway, you have to accept the New York subway. Once you enter the door of the hotel, you feel like you are in another world. The hotel is very clean, without any smell, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. I think this area of New York is still the best choice!
You don't expect luxury for little money, but cleanliness and order should be expected. The staff were friendly and corrected our comments. The location is OK, with the subway (approx. 5 minutes) we were in Manhattan in 20 minutes, so we were able to see New York from a different perspective. Not recommended for everyone!

The equipment and facilities are not bad, the room is spacious enough, and the service attitude is also good. The only least ideal hotel is located in a black area, and it feels unsafe to go out at night.
I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The queen room on the 9th floor was perfect for just me - it was small but well designed and had everything I needed. It was also very clean. The bed was softer than mine at home, but it was so comfy. There were also a variety of pillows so I was able to get just the right one to sleep on and a blackout screen on the window to keep out light, so I slept like a baby both nights.
On my first night, I took advantage of the check-in coupon and ate at the restaurant. The bartender was super, happy hour had great pricing, and the dinner was exceptional (whole Snapper). The location is okay because it is only a block to a subway station, but there doesn't seem to be much of interest close by (hip hop museum is closed as they are on tour) and it is a bit far to Manhattan for reasonable prices on Uber. All-in-all though, it was a good experience and I had a fabulous quick trip to NYC.
The location is very good, living far away from the elevator, not too noisy, but the soundproofing is just average, the price is really right. I attended my brother's graduation ceremony at the Manhattan School of Music, 5 kilometers away by taxi, very close and convenient, breakfast is also OK, there are a lot of Indians, Indians are really... One person has to take a lot of fruit and yogurt to leave, alas.
The location was a bit hard to find, but once you find it, it was very close to public transportation. The room was comfortable and what you would expect for what you pay. The walls were thin so you could hear what was happening in the hall, but during my stay it was pretty quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a pity that it is so far from the center because this hotel is perfectly beyond that !

Great
GGuest UserStayed here 3 times it’s a great place to stay away from Manhattan. Close by to a liquor store and supermarket for everything you need since all the rooms have a kitchen with utensils.
The breakfast is great too
小小贝亲Located in the upper city of New York, the price is reasonable, the standard room we stayed in is taxed more than 1,100 yuan a day. Not far from the subway station, 10 minutes walk, the room size is moderate, clean and tidy, parking in the hotel yard, 22 US dollars a day, breakfast is good, although the Western style, the sample variety is quite rich. Not far from there is a dollar store, snacks and drinks are super cheap.
