The stay at this place has been magnificent. The room is big enough for short term travelers. In addition to a luxury location, the amenities and amenities were top notch. Everything was clean, a spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and nice bedding. Air conditioning and insulation. You are right in the center and that makes your trip much easier: restaurants and shopping just minutes away and very good access with buses and metro. Besides all that, the service to leave the bags and the attention of the building staff as well as Henry was unbeatable. I will definitely be returning to this place.

Appartement minuscule pour une famille de 5…3 chaises et un bureau faisant office de table à manger… 2 verres pour 5…. Une poêle,une casserole…pas de quoi balayer le sol pendant 1 semaine …. Pas de femme de ménage…climatisation très très bruyante,appartement enclavé entre des murs…vu sur des murs….un peu oppressant…la seule chose positive est l’emplacement,à côté de Time square,empire State building,métro etc..

Quite a good hotel right in the center of Manhattan. Room was very clean and communication before arrival was excellent. We even could check-in 1hr before normal check-in time which was very pleasant after a long flight. On checkout day, free luggage storage was provided in a secure area (room behind reception-1). I'd stay here again when in Manhattan.
It must be noted that there are different hotel providers in the same building/same address. Judging by reviews, the other hotels seem not as good, but Hotel and the city-Midtown is recommendable.

Hôtel très bien situé, entre Broadway et la 5eme avenue, à 2 minutes de l’Empire State Building, 5 minutes de Penn Station et une minute d’une bouche de métro.
Grande chambre spacieuse, même pour une famille de 6.
Vue directe sur l’empire state building.
Nous avons prévu de réserver à nouveau cet hôtel pour nos prochains voyages sur Manhattan.
Bonus: Si vous séjournez dans ce quartier, essayez Bear donuts au rdc, les meilleurs donuts qu’on ai jamais mangé !

Situation géographique exceptionnelle au coeur de Manhattan. L'accueil reste peu bavard quand aux options possibles ( je les apprends en répondant à ce questionnaire..c'est bien dommage)

Bon établissement dans le centre de Manhattan à deux rues de l Empire state Building proche de Times Square et des transports.
Point négatif une seule chaise et petit bureau pas du tout pratique pour manger à 5
Quartier un peu bruyant mais normal en plein centre de New York !!
