I stayed for 4 nights, but the room was only cleaned once. There were only 1 towel and I couldn't get through to the front desk by phone, so I had to go down to the front desk.
The TV didn't turn on, so I asked the front desk and they said it would be fixed tomorrow, but they fixed it right away.
The cleanliness was average. The window wasn't that big, so the room wasn't very bright.

Took sometime to figure out where is the hotel. No signage of the hotel name on the building itself. Need to take note on the unit number. The front desk is right inside after the pub reception counter. Booked 3paxs for a suite room but the sofa bed was not setup at all. Need to wait for the housekeeper to set up for us and extra tipping for the service. No toiletries and no bedroom slippers as well. Towels need to request from the front desk.
