I forgot to take pictures. The location of this hotel is pretty good. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway. There are Chinese restaurants, McDonald's and the like nearby. However, the hotel's hardware facilities are relatively simple. It may be an old hotel with average sound insulation. You can hear it if the TV in the next room is louder. Breakfast is relatively simple, okay. The attitude of the front desk staff was good.

Wonderful experience from check in to check out. Recently refurbished and upgraded. Our room was big enough for four, especially when we spent so little time there. One downside is there is only one mirror - bathroom, and no mirror in the room itself. Management may consider getting the double rooms fitted with another mirror. One tiny elevator that worked, but five people was the max for any kind of comfort. Hotel is close to subway R. About 50 minutes to Manhattan, so plan accordingly. Area around hotel was clean and filled with restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a great variety. Was especially grateful for three choice of fruits in the mornings. Three juices and one flavored water. I guess the negative reviews reflected the hotel prior to the upgrades. Book it, but plan your subway trips mindfully. Bathroom supplies were adequate.

Hôtel qui fait le job ! Chambre propre, faite tous les jours. Lit hyper confortable, frigo, cafetière, coffre fort. Quartier calme et métro très proche. Le petit déjeuner fait l’affaire si vous venez tôt. Il y avait des travaux lors de notre séjour mais ça allait. Le personnel est très gentil. Attention à la distance avec Manhattan (45 min) .

I have stayed in this property numerous times, being both a past resident of the area and frequent traveler to the Bay Ridge area. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite but Yikes. The tv in the bedroom had limited channels not like the one in the living area. The sofa had a large white stain on it. The furniture in the room was all pitted, probably not been cleaned in ages and really NEEDS replacement already. The bed was comfortable but there was a long black hair in the bed which makes me question did the maid loose that hair or did not change the sheets. Even the furniture in the lobby was beyond tired. Hey I visit this area frequently and hope the hotel views this as constructive criticism, because as I stated I frequent this area. But until the hotel invests in itself I just can't see myself staying here. The staff especially the man at the desk was extremely pleasant and a real gentleman. So no not all bad but tired and not clean

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and my room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary water, quality toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi. I also enjoyed the on-site amenities and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
