I stayed in a room on the 23rd floor for two nights in August because it had good reviews, but to be honest, I've stayed in many hotels, and this was the worst.
There seems to be a bar lounge on the 26th floor, and the music and heavy bass vibrations echoed until around 3am, making it impossible to sleep. Also, there was a sign on the door requesting that the room be cleaned, but I was surprised when I returned from sightseeing! It was the same as when I left, and the room had not been cleaned or the bed made. Please be careful as this is a hotel that I cannot recommend at all.

Stayed for five nights. The location is very convenient. It is very close to Broadway and Times Square. The room is clean and hygienic. I highly recommend this hotel and will choose to stay again

We stayed for 2 nights and came back to the hotel very late the next day and the room was not cleaned. Check-in was also very slow. The bar in the hotel is very loud at night and can be heard in the room.

Had a great stay at the Civilian, all the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be coming back. Also amazing location close to everything and the TMPL gym is awesome!
