The rooms are clean and comfortable, with an old-money aesthetic. Water and various special snacks are delivered every day, which is very considerate and interesting. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and there is never any garbage or dirty towels piled up in the house. The suites have a living room, kitchen, and double bathrooms, and the space is much larger than hotels of the same level. The staff is enthusiastic but not excessive. The doormen, front desk staff, and guest rooms are very friendly and are always ready to provide convenience for customers. I will come again after staying for a week.

It was a great hotel for a family of four to go to and they even upgraded our rooms. The view of Central Park from our room was also amazing. I highly recommend it if you come again.
