去年才重新裝修好的酒店，保留了上東區的好位置，但是設施新而美。房間走淺色風格，設計一般但是住起來很舒服。雙台盆浴室很大，還有小化粧桌。開夜床衹送了水，聊勝於無。doorman服務很到位、出入都會很有禮貌的問候，開門送傘拿行李都及時。就在Madison交口，逛街不要太方便。要不是太貴真想每次來都住這裏。

What a wonderful and recently refurbished boutique hotel in the best part of NYC! We felt welcome and pampered from the moment we walked in. The rooms are beautiful, service just great, and staff just first class. Don’t miss it if you’re headed to the city.

I recently have had two multi night stays at The Surrey NYC. Without hesitation, I can confirm it is true 5 Star, first class all the way. The several years of renovations is more of a complete rebuild. The materials used, the interior decoration and design elements are all top tier. It is absolutely stunning and from what I saw, the hotel housekeeping team is determined to keep it that way. These are all important attributes for a fine hotel, however what really separates the hotel from its competitors is the good old fashion impeccable level of service and hospitality they deliver to their guests. Every touch point I had with staff was best in class. The Food & Beverage offering with Casa Tua was fantastic each and every time. Bottom line, it does not get any better than this hotel. Thank you The Surrey Team, you are the best !

An elegant upscale hotel with beautiful rooms and attentive staff . Every staff member went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable , creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere . The location is excellent - close to shopping, art museums and Central Park . As an experienced traveler, I can truly say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in .

I can't say enough about my two recent stays at The Surrey. This is a discrete, boutique hotel located in a quiet neighborhood (a rarity in NYC). Guest service is flawless, and their attention to detail seems infinite. You see that immediately as you walk through the foyer, and it is especially evident in their guest rooms, which are tastefully decorated and appointed. In fact, these rooms might be the finest of any I've stayed in before. Our dining experience was excellent at Casa Tua, and the fitness facilities meet anyone's high-end expectation. I can't wait to return!

Loved it Classy but fun. Great service and beautiful decor. I would definitely come back. Wasim really goes the extra mile to help out. The food was a highlight as well. Conner was very friendly and really cared about our experience. And Frederick Lesort is the man!

What a wonderful experience to stay at the newly renovated Surrey in the heart of the Upper East Side. The location was perfect for walking to the parks, museums, shops, and restaurants. The service was outstanding from the moment you arrive. The room and spa were luxurious and peaceful after a busy day in NYC. I would highly recommend the Surrey for a lovely stay in New York.
