Amazing service. Every staff person made us feel at home. The room was impeccable. The service went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is our “go to” for ideal location, impeccable service, and great amenities. It is a beautiful hotel with fabulous spacious rooms, great bathrooms, comfy beds and great staff.

The Chatwal was a great base while in NYC for a week. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and well-appointed, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was huge. I especially loved the outdoor space - great for a glass of wine in the evening or a coffee in the morning. We didnʻt utilise the gym or restaurant, so canʻt comment on those, but overall the hotel was amazing and Iʻd highly recommend it to family and friends.

Great location, and the rooms and service were great. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was fantastic. While near Times Square, it was on a quiet side street. No issues with noise at night. The rooms were great with robes, slippers, bar and nice glassware if you just wanted water in a nice glass. Bidet was terrific per my mother. It scared me a bit! Worth the price. These orchids delivered to the room out of the blue one day.

The staff was exemplary! We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and at every turn, we were provided with unexpected tokens and/or service. The accommodations were outstanding and we enjoyed the attention to details throughout the suite. Truly one of our best experiences at a hotel.
